Q: When should I expect to receive my purchases?
A: Expected delivery date is communicated during the order process. We will contact you via email when the order is ready for pickup or about to be delivered.
Q: Can branded or personalised items be exchanged?
A: Once items have been branded and/or personalised, they cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
Q: Do you have any specific laundry instructions for the garments?
A: Yes. If the garment has been printed then wash at maximum 40oC and do NOT tumble dry. Otherwise, there is a risk of print deterioration.
